Rising Sun is an Employee Resource Group that builds and leverages a vibrant workplace inclusive of Indigenous peoples to create impactful change in our organization and beyond. The ERG was named “Rising Sun” to represent the future opportunities for Indigenous peoples who choose to work, grow, and innovate with us at Aramark.
Aramark is proud to participate in the Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) certification program, having been awarded and retained Gold level status since 2016. Aramark's introduction of innovative programs and engagement of Indigenous people have made an enduring impact on Indigenous businesses and communities, and demonstrate best practices for companies looking to do the same.
