Out in the Workplace: What it Means to be Your Whole Self at Aramark
At Aramark, we’re proud to create a workplace where our employees are comfortable to be their most authentic selves. Recently, we launched myWholeSelf, Aramark's first voluntary self-identification campaign which allows employees to disclose their diverse identity in the workplace, including race, ethnicity, LGBTQ+, veteran status, or disability status.
