Meet our team
Rachel B. MS, RDN, Registered Dietitian
Rachel is a Registered Dietitian in Collegiate Hospitality with Harvest Table Culinary Group. Her passion for nutrition, particularly at the intersection of wellbeing and sport, has driven her to champion quality and inclusive nutrition for all on campus. She drives allergen safety across dining, has redefined sports culture within her teams, and continues to challenge her hospitality team to pursue dining excellence.
For Rachel, the decision to take this path as a dietitian was sparked by her own personal experience as a teenager. “What started as a tumultuous relationship became a love for learning the science behind something so simple and yet so complex, food.” At Aramark, she gets to share her passion for food and be recognized for her value with others in an environment that provides for organic growth, leadership, friendship, and a culture of excellence where that passion is nurtured.
Brandon C., RDN Patient Dining Mobilization Manager
From the time Brandon completed his undergraduate degree and dietetic internship, he knew he wanted to combine his love of food, health, and service to directly impact patient experience. He jumped in, leading locations as a patient services manager but knew he could make a larger impact. When Brandon joined Aramark as a Patient Dining Mobilization Manager, he got that chance.
Now he has the ability to impact patient nutrition and experience across the country as part of the Healthcare+ Mobilization Team. That team, Brandon says, is what makes working for Aramark such a remarkable experience. “The team I’m part of is what makes all the difference. I love the people I get to work with every day. Everyone is unique and brings something different to the table. I feel lucky to work alongside such passionate and caring people. The support and energy they bring is what truly makes Aramark a great place to work.”
Robert G. MS, RDN, LRD, Clinical Nutrition Manager
After 20 years in the hospitality industry, Robert decided to pursue a career in dietetics so he could direct his love of food toward helping others. Upon completing his graduate degree and dietetic internship, Robert joined Aramark as a clinical dietitian and within one year was promoted to clinical nutrition manager.
His decision to join Aramark has not only led to this promotion but also the ability to become a Clinical Nutrition Champion for the Southeast Region in Healthcare+. It is opportunities like this, and others, that Robert says makes Aramark the “easy choice” as to where to work. “The structure that Aramark provides for clinical dietitians helps to keep me on track with maintaining my CPEUs and my drive to be a lifelong learner. Aramark also walks their talk as evidenced by the significant number of dietitians both across the organization and within their leadership.”
Bethany H. RDN, SNS, General Manager
An enthusiastic leader, Bethany has leveraged 20 years of experience in the food service industry to find a fulfilling career working with students in K-12. Over the past five years at Aramark, she has grown from a Food Service Manager/Dietitian to a General Manager who also uses her certification as a School Nutrition Specialist to assist with opening new school districts. It is this opportunity for growth that Bethany says makes Aramark a great place to work. “At Aramark, the opportunities are endless – there is always room to learn and advance.”
At Aramark, like in life, there does also have to be a balance. For Bethany, she finds that balance at home by hiking with her three rescue pups and tending to her chickens. At work, she finds that balance with the people around her. “The people make Aramark a truly special place to work, creating a collaborative and supportive environment.”
Jacqueline L. RD, LD, Clinical Nutrition Manager
When Jacqueline decided she wanted to work in the field of dietetics, it was originally to be a caterer in the airline industry to combine her interest in nutrition with a passion for large-scale food service operations. Now at Aramark as a Clinical Nutrition Manager for Senior Life+, she continues to combine those interests with having multi-site responsibility over nutrition operations across the South Central and Southeast Regions.
In her role, Jacqueline is passionate about teaching, coaching, and mentoring, sharing knowledge to empower teams and fostering professional growth. “My goal is to continuously enhance food quality, patient care, and health outcomes for every community
I serve,” she says. At Aramark she has the tools and resources to meet and exceed this goal by making a real impact on the health and well-being of her community.
Lauren M. MS, RDN, LD Brand & Program Development Manager
Lauren started her career with Aramark 17 years ago working in various dietitian and leadership roles and now serves as a Brand & Program Development Manager in the Healthcare+ Center of Excellence. Originally a chemistry major, she, with the encouragement of her mother, decided to become a dietitian so she could blend her love of science, food, and the medical field together into one successful career.
Lauren affords her successful career and longevity at Aramark to one simple word “yes”. “The endless opportunities make Aramark a great place to work. You have the ability to develop, grow and learn if you are just willing to say “yes”. Aramark offers the ability expand your knowledge, skills, network and take on roles you didn’t even know were opportunities.” With each new opportunity, Lauren has risen to the challenge, championing not only successful patient dining programs, but technology solutions that have streamlined work processes across the entire Healthcare+ enterprise, impacting not only our Aramark Teammates, but our patients alike.
