Susie (she/her) earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University and completed her Dietetic Internship through Iowa State University. After starting work as a clinical dietitian at a children’s hospital, she obtained her Master of Science degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
She went on to obtain her Board Certification as a Specialist in Pediatric Nutrition (CSP), advancing her career into her current title. While working at a children’s hospital for the past 10 years, Susie has helped manage the nutrition and care of individuals with various medical needs in both an outpatient and inpatient setting. Currently, Susie provides care for individuals admitted to the pediatric intensive and intermediate care units.

Elyse (she/her) obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Benedictine University. Afterward, she completed the Aramark Dietetic Internship in the Chicago area. Following her internship, she obtained her RDN credential and completed Aramark’s leadership training program, Accelerate to Leadership (A2L).
Interests in clinical nutrition led Elyse back to Chicago where she began working as a clinical dietitian. Early in her career, she earned her Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential. As a clinician, she went back to school to earn her master’s degree in Nutritional Education from Rosalind Franklin University. Her passion for nutrition and continuing education allowed her to move quickly up the clinical dietitian career roadmap.

Wes (he/him) started his journey studying Public Health at Eastern Illinois University. After recognizing his passion for nutrition, he left to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Benedictine University where he later returned to obtain a Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness while completing his Dietetic Internship.
During his internship, Wes gained experience in management, long-term and skilled care, and clinical nutrition at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago, IL. He joined Aramark in 2019 as part of the Food Service Management Team but shifted paths to pursue an opening on the Clinical Dietitian Team. He recently became a Clinical Dietitian Manager, now leading a team of more than 20 dietitians at one of the largest hospital systems in Chicago.

Sarah (she/her) obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Didactic Nutrition from Texas A&M University. She then completed her Dietetic Internship to obtain her RDN credential through the University of Arkansas. Ready to move back to Texas, she accepted a job with Aramark Student Nutrition working as a registered dietitian for a school district in North Texas.
Eager to advance her career, Sarah began a dual master’s program at Texas Woman’s University. She obtained her Master of Business Administration and Master of Food Systems Administration. She has continued to advance with Aramark in operations roles within Student Nutrition. Sarah is also co-chair of Nourish, one of Aramark’s 11 Employee Resource Groups. Nourish provides a place for connection among nutrition professionals and their communities.
