Elizabeth, ND, RD, LD, PMP – Operations Support Manager & District Manager
Elizabeth has been with Aramark for over 30 years, working in various leadership roles across multiple lines of business, including Healthcare+, Workplace Hospitality, and Correctional Services. Her tenured career has allowed her to combine her operational expertise with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Dolly, MS, RD, LD – Regional Director, Clinical Nutrition Development & Deployment

As a first-generation immigrant from India, Dolly saw herself fulfilling a role in the healthcare field due to her interest in science, health, and wellness. Dolly’s 17-year career at Aramark began as a Clinical Nutrition Manager in Houston and has skyrocketed since! Now serving as Regional Director of Clinical Nutrition Development & Deployment, she trains, mentors, and sports clinical dietitians and leaders, in addition to developing clinical nutrition programs for our Healthcare+ line of business.
Brandon, RD, LD – Clinical Dietitian
Brandon’s journey from Dietary Clerk to Clinical Dietitian serves as a testament to both his passion for the field and Aramark’s commitment to career development. Joining Aramark upon graduation from the University of Texas at Austin, Brandon worked his way up, supported by endless encouragement from his team and leaders.
“Aramark has always provided me with opportunities to grow,” he shares. “The support has been pivotal at each step in my career.”
Brandon is especially grateful for the personal connection his team has shown him, adding, “Aramark has a culture of compassion. Not only have I been supported professionally, but Aramark has always supported me on a personal level.”
John, RDN – Director of Food & Nutrition Services
For John, the decision to become a dietitian was rooted in his love for food and sports. “Once I was in college, I knew I wanted to be a Dietitian, even though at the time there were very few male dietitians in the space,” he recalls.
John leads our teams with over 20 years of experience in healthcare management and dietetics. His leadership has improved patient satisfaction at key accounts, employee engagement, and compliance across multiple healthcare facilities.
Aramark’s emphasis on continuing education and professional development has been a key part of John’s success and the development of his teammates. “Aramark values dietitians and encourages continuing education and developing your knowledge base,” he adds.
Tyler, MS, RD, LD, CNSC – Regional Clinical Nutrition Manager
Tyler is a Clinical Nutrition Manager in the Austin area, where he leads a team of clinicians and helps foster their professional growth daily. He stumbled upon dietetics while taking pre-med courses in college and never looked back.
“My first job as a Dietitian was with Aramark at a hospital in Waco, TX,” Tyler explains. “I’ve been lucky to work with some amazing people over the years, and there’s a culture of camaraderie and respect that helps us all be great.”
Tyler believes that Aramark’s network of nutrition professionals has been paramount to his success in the field. “Beyond giving me my first opportunity to work in the field, Aramark has also provided me with a robust network of connections that have mentored me on my journey.”
Kate, MBA, MPH, RD, LDN – Vice President, Operations
Over the past decade, Kate has grown with Aramark from a Food Service Manager and Dietitian, to Food Service Director and General Manager, and now to a prominent leadership role with Student Nutrition. She works closely with dietitians, field managers, and other business functions. Her journey has been marked by continuous growth.
