Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting our company's growth objectives. Additionally, the HR Manager will handle a variety of HR generalist duties to support overall HR functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the organization.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, community partners, and networking events to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and promote a positive image to potential candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems, including performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
  • HR Policy Compliance: Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.

Additional Requirements:

  • This is an onsite position
  • Some overnight travel may be required
