Position Summary: The Storeroom Clerk manages the inventory and storage of materials and supplies.
Essential Functions:
• Receive and store all incoming food and supplies, noting any defects.
• Return improper or unacceptable products.
• Store groceries and supplies in the correct locations (e.g., meats and frozen vegetables in the freezer).
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Rotate stock according to FIFO guidelines.
• Perform daily and weekly sanitation cleanings.
• Complete monthly inventories.
• Perform special cleaning tasks and other duties as assigned.
