Title: Outpatient Dietitian
Location: Endeavor Health – Evanston Hospital
Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an Outpatient Dietitian to join our team at Endeavor Health – Evanston Hospital. In this role, you will work with patients in an outpatient setting to provide medical nutrition therapy and education to improve their overall health and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers to develop individualized nutrition plans and provide ongoing support to patients.
