Special Event Check-in Supervisor - Frost Bank Center Concessions

Join our dynamic team as an Event Check-in Supervisor, where your organizational skills and vibrant personality will be key to creating unforgettable experiences! In this role, you will orchestrate the check-in process for events, efficiently managing the flow of 50-100 employees while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Master the Check-in Experience: Streamline the check-in process, engaging with employees and ensuring that every individual is greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Dynamic Multitasking: Juggle various tasks with grace, providing timely staffing updates to leadership while interacting with employees to keep operations running smoothly.

Adapt and Thrive: Bring your adaptable spirit and quick learning ability to the forefront as you communicate confidently with diverse groups of people.

Tech-Savvy: Utilize your technological proficiency to learn and navigate internal systems, contributing to a more efficient check-in process.

Embrace the Outdoors: The holiday event will be your homebase, keeping in mind this event takes place outdoors, subjected to the elements. 

Ensure all employees are checked in and their credentials verified, seamlessly assigning them to their designated stands for the shift.

Effective Troubleshooter: Collaborate with the staffing team to address any late callouts, providing timely updates and assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Availability for shifts starting around 3 PM, lasting 7-8 hours, with flexibility to adapt to the seasonal nature of the role. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS EVE AND CHRISTMAS DAY.

• A proactive approach to obtaining a food handler and TABC certificate. 

• A readiness to support our various venues, depending on business needs and your exemplary job performance.
