Aramark’s Winston-Salem State Management Training Program targets motivated college underclassmen and rising seniors who are eager to gain valuable business skills and leadership experience. The Program is designed to provide students with key experiences, expertise, and resources to help position them competitively for full-time positions post-graduation.

These interns gain relevant work experience, mentorship from industry leaders, and professional training to help them pursue what matters to them, both personally and professionally. Throughout the course of this premiere internship program, interns have the unique opportunity to take on leadership roles within Aramark while participating in structured program activities and development exercises.

Job Responsibilities

Operate Village Juice Location on a consistent basis. 

Day to day responsibilities include but not limited to;

Safety standards upheld, food logs, temperature logs, training staff, customer service, stepping into multiple positions, fulfilling orders, and other tasks assigned by Food Service Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

Winston-Salem State Management Training Program:

• Currently enrolled at WSSU in the undergraduate or graduate program - All majors welcomed; Eligible candidates must be graduating after May 2024.
• Assists Student Engagement Ambassador in planning promotions for dining hall and retail locations
• Should have Food Service experience and a desire to be in the Food and Beverage Industry
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future.
• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Should be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Maintain emotional control under stress
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
• Strong organizational skills
