Job Description

The IT Coordinator II acts to provide first response support and align technology organization goals for multiple quickserve, and residential dining operations on the campus of Florida State University. The Coordinator II will collaborate with business users to assess and triage defects or needs for new features. They will also test all software and report changes to ensure optimal deliverables are handed off to users. The Coordinator will analyze and document business requirements and application objectives to help the development team design application enhancements to meet the desired functionality; the position will coordinate client support and training of supported applications.

Job Responsibilities

•    Ensure proper quality assurance evidence is collected across compliant applications
•    Build and maintain test scenarios and test cases based on system requirements, facilitate UAT sessions
•    Identify and organize test data
•    Implement multiple QA and regression test cycles
•    Review and verify reported application defects with development team and help with requirement clarifications
•    Update and maintain the enhancement/defect tracking tool through the project life cycle
•    Lead production support questions and issues 
•    Define requirements by participating in requirement gathering sessions 
•    Create and acquire sign off on requirement documents
•    Support in creating customer release notes and training materials
•    Take initiative and work independently with a flexible schedule
•    Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
•    Ability to work with a team on a collaborative basis
•    Strong organization skills and attention to detail 
•    Ability to recognize, understand, and use cross-functional departmental knowledge
•    Comfortable conducting meetings, user training, demos, and speak in front of an audience

Qualifications

•    Years of relevant experience: 0 - 2 years

•    Education Requirements: BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience

  •  Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
