Hourly and Seasonal
The Recycling Attendant is responsible for coordinating property recycling efforts.
• Responsible for transporting recyclables, along with collecting both trash and recycling around the property.
• Distribute and empty recyclable containers throughout the property.
• Prepares, maintains, and submits necessary records of recycled materials.
• Hand sorts trash and recycling.
• Reports instances of non-conformance by departments of processing procedures for recyclables.
• Responsible for compliance with safety standards as applicable to the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver license.
• Capable of driving a vehicle over 1 ton with trailer.
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision to complete assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Knows and follows all company, Environmental, Health, and Safety Management Programs.
• Works extra shifts and hours as required.
• Assists in other departments as needed.
• Ability to perform manual physical labor inside and outside even in inclement weather.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.; visual acuity to recognize and complete repairs safely.
• Climb stairs, ladders, walk on a variety of surfaces and stand for extended periods of time.
• Kneel; bend; stoop; turn/twist; and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively.
• Required to wear closed-toe, slip resistant footwear
• Experience in recycling or related education preferred.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
