Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $24.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine building maintenance and preventative maintenance activities across assigned facilities.
- Complete minor carpentry repairs, including doors, hardware, fixtures, and general building components.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs such as replacing fixtures, clearing minor clogs, and addressing routine maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot and assist with HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance repairs as needed.
- Assist experienced technicians with larger repair and maintenance projects.
- Respond to work orders and emergency maintenance situations in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inventory counts, and equipment documentation.
- Track, organize, and care for company tools and maintenance equipment.
- Travel between assigned facilities as needed using a personal vehicle.
- Mileage reimbursement is provided when applicable.
- Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with operations teams, customers, and fellow maintenance employees.

Qualifications
- Commercial maintenance, building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related maintenance experience.
- Experience performing general repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, door repairs, or preventative maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, electrical systems, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between facilities.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work safely around maintenance-related hazards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday.
Preferred
- HVAC Certification.
- Experience supporting commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, or industrial facilities.(Based on hiring manager preference for commercial maintenance experience.)
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or maintenance work order systems.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
