Job Responsibilities

• Must be able to load and unload hot food carts daily and deliver to schools along a regimented route through the city
• Friendly brand ambassador creating a pleasant atmosphere in the truck and along the delivery route
• Operate the district vehicle safely while following traffic laws and speed limits
• Operating the district vehicle safely during periods of inclement weather
• Transport food and supplies to and from school locations in a safe manner. Loading and unloading hot and cold food carts to be delivered daily
• Use customer service skills when engaged with customers and guests along the route to ensure a positive representation of the company
• Follow company policy during all aspects of the job
• Occasionally assist with packaging and loading of simple food items

Qualifications

- Must be age 21 years or older
- 1 year + professional driving experience and vehicle mechanical experience is preferred as well as customer service experience
- Must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.

- Experience driving in all weather conditions including winter weather and expected to drive in such weather conditions.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
