Regional Marketing Manager - Collegiate Hospitality East Region

Job Description

The Regional Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategies for multiple districts, directly managing two District Marketing Managers and two Marketing Manager at accounts located in VA and NC. The role requires a strong leader who can drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and develop a high-performing team.

• Travel within North Carolina and Virginia is required for this position. Valid driver's license required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support marketing efforts for multiple districts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Directly manage two District Marketing Managers and two Marketing Managers.
• Collaborate with District Managers and Resident District Managers on high-impact projects (e.g., client business reviews, renovations, and sales presentations).
• Act as a strategic partner for accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and marketing execution. 
• Oversee new business presentations, client meetings, and strategic marketing initiatives.
• Develop and mentor team members, preparing them for the next step in their careers.
• Provide hands-on support for major events or marketing campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, client relations, or a related leadership role.
• Experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with a background in marketing, hospitality, or food service.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel withing North Carolina and Virginia (3-4 days per week).
• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required for major events or client needs.
• Valid driver's license is required.
