Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. The Runner-Busser is responsible for keeping inventory of transporting, stocking, delivering food to guest and cleaning/clearing products to ensure business and customer needs are met. This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Job Responsibilities

• Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of product
• Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
• Assist servers, bartenders, etc. with customer service as needed
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Is adaptable to customer needs.
• Maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Runner/Busser should be highly knowledgeable about the park and surrounding areas, acting as a concierge resource for all guests.
• Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoys working in a lively environment.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification. (will be trained upon request)
• Must be able to obtain Alcohol certification. (will be trained upon request)

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $19.00 to $20.75. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
