The Catering Manager is a leadership position which leads all aspects of catering solutions and special events at the location. This position will lead the Catering team to complete events or catering delivery requests in line with customer expectations and service standards.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the catering operations. Develop and execute operational catering standards. Develop and manage personnel standards. Serve as the QC RP for catered events.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and be accountable for a safety culture that creates a work environment where no one gets hurt.
Oversee catering operations to include such duties as Quality control, supervising support staff, guest assistance in selecting menus, staff selection / development, and departmental administration.
Interact with event hosts and maintain effective client and customer relations at all levels for events.
Directly supervise catering staff with responsibility for hiring, training, discipline, communication, performance management, retention, and administration.
Manage service and presentation standards for all catering operations; implement processes to ensure compliance and consistency.
Ensure establishment, communication, and compliance of appropriate sanitation and safety standards.
