Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Line of Business (LOB) Supply Chain, the Manager, LOB Supply Chain, is a key member of the LOB team and helps support and develop the supply chain strategy, ensures execution of key initiatives, and will develop processes that improves the support the field receives from supply chain directly during new business openings. This role will be responsible for supporting all of Aramark’s Lines of Business in the US.


Additionally, the Manager, LOB Supply Chain will work with the line of business field and leadership teams to define and determine the priorities, identify the opportunities, and help outline the process for the various key initiatives such as; new business openings, category compliance, and other projects as assigned. The role will interface, in addition to key line of business members, with strategetic partners across Supply Chain, Sourcing, IT, among other groups to ensure execution meets the needs of the business.

This position is based in Philadelphia, PA.

Job Responsibilities

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGER, LOB SUPPLY CHAIN ARE TO:
    Support and enhance the Supply Chain new business support process, tools, and systems
    Work with all relevant stakeholders to ensure expected priorities are supported and executed
    Responsible for new process development, supply chain performance, field engagement, and execution support within the various Aramark Lines of Business new business openings
    Support the development and implementation of Line of Business Supply Chain reports, KPIs, and scorecards to define and measure performance for both new and existing business
    Measure, analyze, and improve the various Aramark Line’s of Business profitability through analysis, reporting, training, and ultimately the implementation of these findings
    Develop strong relationships within the business unit, identify collaboration opportunities, and facilitate the exchange of information and project execution between supply chain team, corporate functional teams, procurement with the various lines of business
    Participate in sales and retention efforts by proposing supply chain solutions that can help acquire or retain the business and provide a supply chain / procurement point of view
    Participate and support strategic supplier relationships (RFPs, business reviews, etc.) representing the LOB interests
 

Qualifications


    5+ years of continuous procurement or supply chain experience in large scale organizations
    Proven analytical and project management capabilities required
    Ability to balance and effectively prioritize strategic and operational capabilities
    Accomplished in leading and working in cross-functional and matrix environments 
    Comfortability and previous involvement interacting with senior levels of an organization
    Aramark line of business experience preferred


    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels; from the Front Line Manager through Senior Executives
    Strong project, program, and change management skills 
    Qlik or other business analytics software development skills a plus 
    Approachable and open minded
    Self-starter and results oriented

TRAVEL:

Must be willing to travel approximately 10-15% of their time.
 

Education

Bachelors preferred
