Job Title: Clinical Dietitian – part time float

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Part Time System Float Clinical Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals at Endeavor Health. This position will provide clinical nutrition support at Glenbrook Hospital, Highland Park and Evanston Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical nutrition, with experience providing care in a variety of healthcare settings.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments and interventions for patients across the health system, including inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other dietitians, to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide patient education on nutrition-related topics, including disease management, weight management, and healthy eating habits.
• Use electronic health record systems to document patient care and communicate with other healthcare providers.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and team meetings to provide input on patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to nutrition care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Registered Dietitian (RD / RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of Illinois
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition principles and practices, as well as regulatory requirements and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work at various NorthShore locations as needed.
