IT Analyst for Oracle EPBCS application used in delivery of Budget and Forecast. Responsibilities include ongoing maintenance and support of all systems. Serve as the primary interface between the user community and IT Group.
Lead Hyperion administrator responsible for the following activities:
• Maintain security (add/modify/remove users)
• Perform monthly activities in support of ongoing system operations
• Support end-users with simple system usage questions and issues
• Create and modify application forms, business rules and reports as needed
Status and Scope: Oracle EPBCS platform aimed at all US FSS lines of business plus Corporate / HQ. Total user base will round out at ~3,500 users.
• Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration/Finance w/IT concentration preferred
• Hands-on building Oracle/Hyperion Smart View for Office including Excel
• Strong functional knowledge of Financial Budgeting and Planning processes
• Growth mindset and interest in deepening Hyperion ecosystem skillsets
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Training experience for end users
• Strong organizational and documenting skills
• Strong communication skills both written and oral
• Interact comfortably with both IT constituents and functional users
