Senior Lead Tech - East & Mid Atlantic

Job Description

The Senior East – MA Tech Lead role is a key position responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of technology projects and support within the assigned regions. The candidate will be supporting the East and Mid-Atlantic Regions This role reports directly to the Director of IT Field Services role will work very closely with Regional IT Director and requires a proactive leader with the ability to make autonomous decisions and ensure the successful implementation and operation of technology solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

   - Lead the deployment and mobilization of technology projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

   - Oversee mobilizations and decommissioning activities, ensuring adherence to company standards.

   - Supervise and collaborate with junior staff and local tech teams to ensure correct implementation and operation of technology.


2. Service & Support Coordination

   - Collaborate closely with Regional IT and Field Service Directors to address and resolve technology issues.

   - Act as a secondary point of contact for support escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents.

   - Maintain a positive customer experience through professional handling of support requests and proactive communication.


3. Project Participation

   - Participate and lead in regional technology projects as assigned, providing support and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

   - Lead training initiatives for local technical leads, focusing on process improvements and standard practices.

   - Manage the inventory of regional technologies and assist in audits and updates.



4. Administrative and Additional Duties

   - Support administrative tasks related to technology deployments and support.

   - Provide occasional off-hours support based on project needs or critical incidents.



- The candidate should preferably reside within a reasonable distance from a major office or regional hub for ease of access.

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.

- At least five years of experience in technology roles, with significant exposure to hospitality and point of sale solutions.

- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to make proactive decisions and lead projects with minimal supervision.

- Basic knowledge of ITIL practices and Service Now software.

- Ability to travel up to 50%.
