Retail Staffing Supervisor - Citizens Bank Park

Job Description

The Retail Staffing Supervisor is part of the team responsible for all Merchandise at Citizens Bank Park. The Staffing Supervisor role focuses on ensuring schedules are created and maintained effectively to support the operational needs. It also includes supporting recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining all associated and proper documentation. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage complexities of scheduling various employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that schedules are created accurately and on time.  
  • Communicate schedules and any changes to all relevant parties promptly.  
  • Respond to urgent scheduling changes and unforeseen events.  
  • Manage the check-in process for all events. 
  • Maintain employee availability records. 
  • Monitor and maintain Employee attendance records. 
  • Input, maintain, and communicate employee schedules each week.  
  • Partner with operations and store managers for staffing and scheduling, as necessary. 
  • Operations assistance during events, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Must be fluent in English language, both spoken and written. 
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Aramark Alcohol Regulations, and procedure manuals. 
  • Great customer service and communication skills. 
  • Strong leadership skills. 
  • Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills. 
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote teamwork. 
  • Ability to exercise confidentiality, maintain information appropriately, and protect employee privacy. 
  • Ability to manage people and have accountability for company assets. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
  • Ability to learn new staffing technology systems. 

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
