The Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising and managing all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services. In this job, 75% of the work will be focused on operations and 25% on administrative tasks.

Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
• Leads, mentors, engages and develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
• Rewards and recognizes employees
• Responsible for the training and development of the Maintenance and Grounds teams including hourly supervisors and employees.
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client regulations
• Management of a team of 8
• Oversight and Management of a Work Order and/or CMMS system
• Knowledge of CMMS systems
• Basic understanding of Snow removal operations is highly desired, but not required
• Responsible for Maintenance and Grounds Operations at 3 Lake Tahoe Properties.
• Manages and Budgets effectively while reducing cost
• Owns the Safety Program with Daily and Weekly Safety Briefs and Observations
• Collaborates with all teams, particularly with Human Resources, Finance, and Operations leadership.
