We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of current food trends, a dedication to delivering outstanding hospitality, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and enjoyable workplace culture.

The Executive Chef is a management position overseeing chef managers as well as hourly culinary staff, responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Offers a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet customer and client needs and tastes. Oversees and manages culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards. Applies culinary techniques to food preparation and manages the final presentation and service of food.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead menu development and innovation, ensuring that all offerings are creative, on-trend, and of the highest quality.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Train and mentor culinary team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, where team members feel valued, respected, and motivated to excel.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety throughout the kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with Aramark SAFE food and Quality Assurance standards, occupational and environmental safety policies in all culinary and kitchen operations 
  • Comply with all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, wage and hour

Qualifications

  •  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a high-volume culinary environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development and innovation, with a strong understanding of current food trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
