Job Description

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world’s most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. The Concert Merchandise Supervisor oversees Concert Merchandise operations by supporting and training the Merchandise Vendors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure that the team is aware of the day’s task and any other miscellaneous information to ensure successful operations.
  • Merchandise supervisors should be highly knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, acting as a concierge resource for all guests.
  • Train Merchandise Vendors in their role helping to develop a team of customer service focused professionals.
  • Ensure everything operates smoothly in the manager’s absence and that all customers relations issues are handled effectively.
  • Make sure all stands are selling everything that tour has supplied us with and set stand up to Tour Managers expectations.  
  • Make sure all team members are following the uniform guidelines provided by our client.
  • Respond directly to all customers' complaints and ensure they are resolved efficiently and immediately in a professional matter.
  • May be required to complete monthly safety inspections and file incident and injury reports.
  • May become an approved driver and transport product to selling locations.
  • Receive concert merchandise from tour representative and secure merchandise in storage container from mail carriers.
  • Count concert merchandise in and out with tour manager and then again with all associates
  • Collect and compile daily sales data from all outlets using Microsoft Excel and various Point of Sales and Property Management System software programs.
  • You must always ensure cleanliness and a pleasant store atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Mathematical skills are required to facilitate sales reports and audits.
  • Must provide proof of having earned a responsible alcohol training and certification program where applicable.
  • Must be flexible, willing to work a rotational schedule with rotational days off that may include weekends and holidays.
  • Must be well groomed and always maintain an elevated level of professionalism.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Work may involve exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.29 to $18.54, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
