Job Description

The Concession Staffing Manager is part of the team responsible for all Food & Beverage at Citizens Bank Park. The Concession Staffing Managers role focuses on maintaining appropriate staffing levels for all concessions operations. This includes recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling, along with creating, issuing, and maintaining all associated and appropriate documentation. The ideal candidate for this position will have a desire -- and a knack for-- engaging with diverse stakeholders, including frontline employees, managers, supervisors, and other team members frequently, in a confident and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

•    Work with HR & Concessions Operations teams on the recruitment and training and placement of new and current associates. 
•    Present company policies and procedures to Front-Line Associate (FLAs)
•    Ensure that all events are appropriately staffed according to operational needs.
•    Manage the check-in process for all events.
•    Order, distribute, and maintain uniforms provided to FLAs.
•    Asses and coach FLAs with assistance from HR and the Concessions management team
•    Maintain employee availability records.
•    Monitor and maintain Employee attendance records.
•    Create, maintain, and communicate employee schedules each week.
•    Partner with other departments on staffing and scheduling as necessary.
•    Operations assistance during events.

Qualifications

•    Must be fluent in English language, both spoken and written.
•    Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Aramark Alcohol Regulations, and procedure manuals.
•    Great customer service and communication skills.
•    Strong leadership skills.
•    Time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
•    Ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote teamwork.
•    Ability to exercise confidentiality and maintain information in an appropriate manner and protect employee privacy.
•    Ability to manage people and have accountability for company assets.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision-making skills.
•    Ability to learn new staffing technology systems.
