The Aramark Nourish ERG exists to provide a forum that makes it easy for nutrition professionals from different business units, geographies, experience levels, and job functions to connect, communicate, and collaborate. The group welcomes registered and prospective dietitians, as well as those looking to support dietitians at Aramark.
Impacto’s mission is to provide impactful contributions that build a proud workforce, an inclusive workplace, and serve as a valuable resource for Hispanic market insights through targeted education, networking, and exposure to new opportunities.
LEAD is dedicated to the interests of employees who self-identify as Black, African American, West Indian, or of African descent. The group’s vision is to cultivate Black leaders at Aramark and build a sense of belonging within our communities.
Aramark Pride focuses on fostering an inclusive, inspiring environment in which our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ+) employees and their allies are seen for who they are and are empowered to pursue all of their professional goals.
Rising Sun strikes to support an inclusive workplace for Indigenous peoples that reflects Aramark’s clients, customers, suppliers and communities. This Rising Sun symbol has been used by Indigenous people in a variety of images. It speaks to the future, as well as to nature, and helps to emphasize the value we place on Growth and Development.
The Salute ERG supports Aramark in attracting, appreciating, and retaining Veteran & military-affiliated talent and their families in order to cultivate a Workforce of capable leaders, build a diverse and inclusive Workplace, and drive value in the Marketplace.
Synergy is dedicated to building an inclusive workplace for people of all faiths and religious beliefs – one that that reflects Aramark’s clients, customers and suppliers. The ERG was named Synergy to reflect the interaction between our foundational beliefs and how they impact our work life. We bring our whole selves to work and Synergy allows us to bring that spiritual component with us into the workplace in an appropriate and respectful manner.
Thrive's mission is to advance awareness and inclusion for people with disabilities at Aramark, as well as employees who advocate for people with disabilities, providing them with opportunities to share their stories and be heard, understood, and supported. The Aramark Ascend ERG's mission is to connect, engage, and develop professionals to influence the enterprise. Aramark Ascend cultivates a network of emerging leaders and enhances the capabilities of our members.
The Amplify ERG aims to cultivate an inclusive environment for Aramark's team members, clients, customers and communities. Amplify engages others in creating impactful opportunities to promote the advancement of Aramark's Pan-Asian talent and to inspire future Pan-Asian leaders.
