Hourly and Seasonal
Aramark is hiring Event Setup & Teardown Team Members to support overnight operations at Daikin Park. This role is responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment, furniture, staging, and event configurations after Houston Astros games, concerts, and large-scale stadium events.
If you’re looking for hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced professional sports environment, this is an excellent opportunity.
11:00 PM start time
Event-based schedule following Astros home games and major events
Nights, weekends, and holidays required
Shift length varies based on event needs
Event Setup & Teardown Team Members are responsible for:
Setting up tables, chairs, staging, barricades, and event equipment
Breaking down event configurations after games and concerts
Moving and repositioning furniture and operational equipment
Assisting with floor layout transitions between events
Supporting operations teams with venue conversions
Ensuring all setups meet safety and operational standards
Working efficiently to meet event turnaround deadlines
This is a physically demanding role.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently
Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying
Ability to stand and move for the entire shift
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
