Custodial Services Worker - Core Team, Daikin Park

Job Description

Aramark is hiring Custodial Services Workers to join the Core Team at Daikin Park, home of the Houston Astros. This position plays a vital role in keeping one of Major League Baseball’s premier stadiums clean, safe, and ready for fans.

This is a morning shift position starting at 6:00 AM, ideal for candidates who prefer early hours and consistent daytime schedules.

We are seeking dependable team members who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a professional sports environment.

Outside Grounds Crew

• Maintain exterior stadium areas, walkways, entrances, and surrounding grounds

• Remove trash and debris

• Sweep, blow, and maintain clean exterior spaces

Restroom Cleaning Crew

• Clean and sanitize stadium restrooms

• Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, tissue)

• Maintain a safe, hygienic environment for guests

Glass Cleaning Crew

• Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces

• Maintain windows, railings, and high-visibility areas

• Ensure a streak-free, professional appearance throughout the facility

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stadium environment

• Follow OSHA, local, state, and Aramark safety standards

• Empty trash and recycling containers

• Sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, and perform general cleaning

• Use custodial tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly

• Work independently while supporting a team environment

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred.
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Maintains friendly, efficient, positive guest service demeanor towards guests, clients and co-workers
• Adaptable to guests’ needs

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
