As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk area. You will lead a team of front desk staff, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all administrative duties are carried out efficiently. This includes managing a team of staff, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring and analyzing performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. The Front Desk Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
Primary duties of the Front Desk Manager include managing a team of front desk staff and overseeing daily operations. Ensuring excellent customer service and that all processes and systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Below is a list of duties the Front Desk Manager must perform:
The Front Desk Manager would report to the Director of Lodging and would be responsible for carrying out the policies and directives set by the Director. The Manager would also be responsible for providing regular updates and reports to the Director on the performance and operation of the front desk operations. The Director will give direction to the Manager and would be responsible for evaluating their performance and providing feedback and support as needed.
