Hourly and Seasonal
The Food Service Worker will assist the manager with food/meal preparation; maintain cash receipts and meal records. Assist manager in completing daily reports. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices.
Gluten-Free Station: Glutinvs Minimvs
The Glutinvs Minimvs station serves as the designated gluten-free station and also oversees the allergen room, with guidance and support from our campus Dietitian.
This station is fully gluten-free and equipped with its own dedicated tools and equipment, separate from all other stations, to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination.
Team members working in this area must have a clear understanding of what “gluten-free” and “allergen-free” mean, and follow all established procedures to maintain compliance and protect our guests.

Demonstrated understanding of the needs of allergen-sensitive consumers.
Food Service Certificate, as required.
Adequate education or training to read, write, and follow both verbal and written instructions in an allergen-conscious kitchen and preparation area.
Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and concisely under pressure.
Strong knowledge of food preparation practices in an allergen-conscious environment, with a focus on preventing cross-contamination.
