IN2WORK (I2W) is a vocational training program opportunity for people who are currently incarcerated. The IN2WORK program aims to help reduce recidivism by providing students with the opportunity to learn transferable, foundational food service and warehouse job skills through a comprehensive curriculum requiring classroom and hands-on training. Students receive a nationally recognized certification upon completion of the program, a key differentiator when looking for employment after release.
The main purpose of IN2WORK is to teach students how to function in a workplace setting and work as a team, leading to an increase in public safety and a decrease in future victimization. Students learn accountability and responsibility through disciplined classroom and hands-on training. By building competent and confident graduates, I2W set students up for success upon reentry. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

There is no predetermined application window for this position, the position will close once a qualified candidate is selected. Assist in leading the implementation of IN2WORK across the corrections line of business, orientate new I2W instructors to meet program KPI’s year over year. Track and report program progress to I2W support team. Support I2W graduates as reentry, scholarship, and employment opportunities (pre & post release) resource. Provide support for food & warehouse programming, and/or commissary and warehousing operations at the component level.
