Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Recruiter position to support Duke University Health, located in Durham, NC.  The Recruiter is responsible for assisting hiring managers with recruitment activities associated with full life cycle recruitment. Additionally, they will partner with community organizations to support hiring manager’s local recruitment efforts and drive efforts towards meeting diversity, veteran and people with disabilities hiring goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for primarily hourly roles for Food Service and Environmental Services
• Evaluate external candidates using various sourcing methods and recruiting techniques.
• Monitor applicant flow and requisition activity in the ATS (SAP SuccessFactors), identifying opportunities for recruitment marketing strategies (e.g., programmatic ads, sponsored jobs, job description optimization, community outreach).
• Conduct weekly calls with hiring managers and HRM to review pipeline activity, assess requisition health, and influence action.
• Lead talent community engagement efforts, maintaining communication with both active and passive candidates to build awareness and promote the employer brand.
• Support hiring events and grassroots recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain integrity of data in recruiting database and produce ad hoc recruiting reports as necessary.

Qualifications

•    Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR or Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•    Experience onboarding/training new employees. 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Proven track record of providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
•    Proficient in MS Office and previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
