Job Description

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an IT Operations - CBORD System Administrator position supporting Jefferson Health, located in Philadelphia, PA. This position is responsible for the execution of the strategy/implementation and maintenance of the Aramark CBORD program of Diet Office and Nutrition Services Suite (NSS).  This position acts to improve patient satisfaction as per the terms of the Aramark contract with the customer/client.

Job Responsibilities

  • The CBORD Administrator, focusing on the interface with EPIC, the Electronic Medical Record System and maintains the patient menu system with diet changes and updates.
  • Makes daily changes and updates to patient menus and diets within the system including likes/dislikes and allergies.
  • Updates system as needed.
  • Utilizes technical training and interprets government mandated nutritional standards in the healthcare industry on food health to develop healthy menu implementation plans.
  • Collaborates with diet office, dietitians, nursing and food service managers and supervisors. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics or related field preferred.  
  • Food Service experience required, preferably within Healthcare.
  • Nutrition background AND/OR special diet knowledge required.
  • Experience utilizing CBORD or other patient menu system and Electronic Medical Record systems preferred.
  • Solid computer proficiency with IT programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requiring strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Registered Dietitian or Registered Diet Technician (RD / RDN / DTR) highly preferred.
  • Note: This client location requires working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before start date.
