Location Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Location Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily attendant and Micro Market route assignments to ensure exceptional client service. This role involves coordinating product deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring Micro Market planograms are merchandized to standard. The Location Manager, reporting to the General Manager, will also manage and evaluate employees, fostering growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork. Key responsibilities include providing ongoing feedback, developing a strong Service and Safety culture, and utilizing leadership skills to enhance employee performance and client partnerships. The successful candidate will ensure optimal retail convenience execution, resolve service issues, and maintain comprehensive business records and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor daily attendant and Micro Marlet route assignments to ensure client service meets company standards and agreements. 
• Coordinate deliveries of product to client location. 

Manage maintain and ensure Micro Market planograms are set to standard and are merchandized according to desired planograms.

• Manage and evaluate employees; counsel and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork. 
• Provide attendants with ongoing feedback, including recognition and coaching on growth opportunities, performance productivity, service partnership, safety, equipment operation, and client retention risk. 
• Maintain accurate inventory on weekly basis, including placing orders to ensure appropriate inventory levels. 
• Develop the Service and Safety culture and utilize leadership skills to build employee performance, grow base business, and enhance client partnerships. 
• Utilize strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention, and strong client relationships. 
• Ensure optimal retail convenience execution across client sites. 
• Resolve service issues for clients, conduct daily MicroMarket visits at client sites to follow up and/or evaluate issues. 
• Foster effective communication at all levels of the organization. 
• Maintain all business records, documentation, and administrative standards, including personnel records, delivery and invoice records, product and asset inventories, and client sales, contact, and pricing records. 

Qualifications

• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred. 
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics or related tasks. 
• Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
• Strong skills in client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking, and computer proficiency. 
• Ability to work efficiently and independently. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
