Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in inventory management, event logistics, and staff coordination. This role provides leadership, maintains organization, and supports continuous improvements in warehouse processes. The Supervisor will work closely with Organizers and warehouse staff to create a structured, high-performing team.

Job Responsibilities

•    Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
•    Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Organizers and warehouse staff, fostering a productive and organized work environment.
•    Manage inventory levels, track product movement, and communicate restocking needs to ensure seamless event execution.
•    Coordinate and execute event-day logistics, including product distribution, load-ins, and load-outs.
•    Serve as the main point of contact between warehouse operations and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
•    Monitor and enforce warehouse safety procedures, organization standards, and operational best practices.
•    Assign tasks and staff members to different areas based on workload demands and event schedules.
•    Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall warehouse performance.

Qualifications

•    Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or supervisory role preferred.
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
•    Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting and moving inventory.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing.  This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
