Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Strategic Sales Administrative Specialist to play a key role in supporting our Chief Growth Officer and Growth team. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and analytical skills to independently manage Salesforce operations, market and prospect analysis, event coordination, and provide high-level strategic administrative support for high-level sales initiatives. The Strategic Sales Administrative Specialist will exercise significant discretion and independent judgment in contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our sales efforts by optimizing processes, providing valuable insights, and ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the maintenance, accuracy, and optimization of Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor pipeline activity, generate reports, and analyze data to make recommendations and provide insights to support growth strategies.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and exercise independent judgment in identifying potential business opportunities.
  • Identify the qualification of new leads, prioritizing prospects based on growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain collateral to support ongoing growth meetings
  • Strategically plan and execute sales-related events and meetings including making independent decisions regarding meeting logistics and ensuring growth materials, presentations, and proposals are prepared and updated as needed.
  • Act as a representative of the Chief Growth Officer with scheduling, correspondence, and presentation preparation
  • Consistently communicate throughout processes and as follow-up to track progress from initiation to completion; capturing and suggesting efficiencies as appropriate
  • Self-starting, highly meticulous and resourceful professional to independently manage relationships and serve as liaison with internal clients and work well with functional LOB teams.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain discretion when acting on behalf of executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or similar roles supporting executive-level teams.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in handling sensitive business matters
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with minimal supervision

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Experience representing leadership in communications with internal and external stakeholders

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience making independent decisions that impact business operations or sales processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
