Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world’s most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Job Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive seat them accordingly ensuring the optimum use of tables
• Ensures any special needs or requests for diners are accommodated and arranged
• Maintains the appearance and cleanliness of the front-of-house environment
• Escalates any guest needs or concerns as necessary
• Works closely with the kitchen staff and servers optimizing communication to ensure efficient operations
• Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs
• Maintains excellent guest service and positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adaptable to guest needs
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess or food service experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent guest service skills
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
• The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Must be able to obtain Teams Alcohol Certification
• Enjoys working in a lively environment

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position ranges from $20 to $20.75. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.  

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
