About Olympic National Park & Forest:
Olympic National Park & Forest is the ultimate, multi-terrain getaway that gives you access to deep, undisturbed rainforest, waterfalls & beaches. It will far exceed your expectations. Visitors tell us there’s so much to do & see, one trip is never enough. Typically, one visit turns into multiple year returns for our Olympic visitors. Points of interest like Sol Duc Falls, Hoh Rainforest, & Ruby Beach make that easy!  

 

As an Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality. You will lead and motivate the team, manage inventory, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards. Your role will also involve collaborating with the kitchen staff to create a delightful dining experience for guests.

 

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.00 to $22.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.


If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Housing: Employee housing is available

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedule, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Assist in the training and development of staff members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
