The Manager, Accounts Receivable is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate billing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts. This role focuses on optimizing processes, managing a team, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the company’s financial objectives. Will also serve as the point of contact for resolving escalated billing and payment disputes and build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely collections. Develops and implements strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes, while leveraging technology and tools to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy. Establishes and maintains internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
