Job Description

The Social Media/Student Engagement Ambassador is responsible for assisting the Marketing Team with marketing initiatives while providing customer service.

Job Responsibilities

35-40 hours per week

A flexible schedule during the day is a requirement! A few nights and weekends may be required depending on events.

• Knowledge of meal plans and overall dining services
• Drive social media engagement and create strategy based on analytics obtained from surveys and student experiences
• Adhere to Aramark policies and SAFE practices
• Detail oriented
• Photography and video experience
• Canva usage for graphic design
• Autonomous work environment
• Apply tools and technology to sell meal plans
• Office admin tasks
• Able to prioritize and carry out work tasks
• Leading retail and residential promotions
• Create a fun atmosphere for students.

Qualifications

• Loves to have fun at work and demonstrates a sales driven nature
• Curiosity about Sales/ Marketing
• Desire to successfully communicate with customers to promote and grow meal plan sales, digitally and in person
• Work well independently and with a team
• Self-motivated and strong communicator with managers, customers, and parents
• Has marketing, public relations, social media, and computer literacy skills
