We are seeking a talented and experienced Catering Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create innovative and delicious menus. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and design creative and diverse menus tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
• Collaborate with event planners and clients to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food costs and work within budgetary constraints.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings.
• Oversee Executive Dining Room culinary execution and elevation.
• Assist the Executive Chef with other kitchen responsibilities.

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a catering or high-volume environment.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative and innovative approach to menu planning and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings based on catering events (minimal weekends and holidays)
