Job Description

The Cash Room Auditor is responsible for event day operation of the cash room and auditing process. In this role, you will support the matching of product sales to product usage, tracking of cashier variances, and event sales report preparation. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

 

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $20.00 to $22.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervision of post-event cash handling documenting any discrepancies or variances in sales.
  • Organization of the event stand folders with paperwork necessary to document product transfers, product spoilage, employee meals, inventory stand sheets, and any required paperwork.
  • Adherence to all cash handling policies and controls including pre- and post-counts, non-event day audits, and coordination of pickups and change orders.
  • Auditing of inventory counts, by ensuring accurate entry of starting and ending counts for all stands, coordinating recounts for inventory discrepancies.
  • Communicates closely with all departments particularly F&B and Warehouse to ensure accurate inventory reporting and revenue resolution.
  • Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, coworkers, etc.

Qualifications

  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Previous inventory experience preferred
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability
  • to work within team environment
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Compensation Data

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $22. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
