Provides a full range of administrative support including development and tracking of reports, correspondence, record and file maintenance, production records and financial reconciliation. Assist with production, inventory and supervision of retail sales workers.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Adheres to confidentiality standards
Download all orders and complete all uploads on a daily basis.
Completes all required credits to inmates account daily and communicate to manager issues related to inmate credits. Retain appropriate documentation to support inmate credit.
Resolve complaints from inmates or buyers regarding ICARE packages.
Direct Retail l Sales Workers as needed.
Assist with monthly inventory. Ensure that organizational standards are maintained to ensure first in and first out of merchandise.
Completes all assigned job duties on time
Maintain organizational standards in order to retrieve information quickly.
Answer phone professionally and promptly.
Create and retain documents as assigned, update as needed.
Organize and file pertinent information.
Completes correspondence to the client.
Assist management with planning of training meetings.
Maintain company required documentation to adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley standards.
Reconcile accounts receivables and payables.
Utilize corporate resources to efficiently complete tasks.
Provide assistance to management to resolve client, employee and procedure issues.
Maintain documentation on issuance of company property.
Completes all required training.
Maintain personnel records; vacation calendars, personnel files, FMLA Tracking.
Additional Job Functions:
Work Environment: Most often works in front-of-house. Requires ability to work inside kitchen area, interact with heated equipment, chemicals, steam and other at risk conditions. Requires frequent lifting and repetitive motion.
