The Sports and Entertainment division within ARAMARK Corporation serves more than 200 premier stadiums, arenas, convention centers and concert venues.  Since 1975 we've created culinary memories throughout the United States.  The secret to our success is that we start with great food and a well managed facility.  We understand that ensuring a memorable experience for our customers goes far beyond the food we serve. 


The Director of Community and Non-Profit Partnership oversees the recruitment, on-boarding, administration and retention of Non-Profit Organization partners.  In addition, the Director of Community and Non-Profit Partnership serves to attract Non-Profit groups to supply volunteers to operate within the venue in exchange for a monetary donation.  This position also ensures the program’s success by building and maintaining positive volunteer group relations.   Relies on education, experience, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  Reports to the General Manager.



  • Create and coordinate recruiting events including open houses, meetings with interested non-profit group fundraising coordinators, interviews of potential new non-profit groups, and Aramark-sponsored recruiting events.
  • Responsible for recruiting, sourcing and developing marketing tools to support recruiting efforts.
  • Increase Fundraising in the community, to support the Non-Profit financial goals.


Networking/Community Relationship Building

  • Serve as the key contact for the venue to engage Non-Profit Organizations throughout the community to build the partnerships.
  • Researches new opportunities and establishes relationships in order to increase Non-Profit group participation and volunteers.
  • Focuses time and efforts on educating what the opportunity is and building knowledge with the Non-Profit group leader to grow the program.
  • Participate in professional societies.


Contract Management/Record Retention

  • Create and maintain up-to-date non-profit organization agreements/contracts/certifications.
  • Manage non-profit contracts, 501c3 certification documents.
  • Maintain up-to-date phone list, direct deposit information, addresses for non-profit group leaders.
  • Process contract terminations letters/documents.


Key Contact

  • Serve as the point of contact for the Non-Profit Group Leader(s)
  • Resolve concerns OR complaints by investigating problems, develop and offer solutions.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Make recommendations to management.


A successful Director of Community and Non-Profit Partnership should possess effective communication and organization skills, the ability to adapt to change, and the ability to build business relations at all levels of the organization.  This individual must demonstrate strong People Skills, persistence and creativity, have a sales mindset, and excel at cold calling, in order to build a strong volunteer-oriented program. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a related field
  • Workweek is generally Monday – Friday, with nights and weekends periodically required
