Our Key Accounts Manager is an integral part of our operations, responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and growing our business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Home-based position with travel up to 70% of the time to support Aramark’s largest Cleanroom accounts.
  • Review current programs and introduce new products and/or services to continuously meet and exceed our customer’s needs.
  • Attain annual quota on direct sales, and identify ways to grow margin while identifying process and cost improvements for customers.
  • Problem solve and effectively work with peers and clients on Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Conduct quarterly customer business reviews with executive level representation. 
  • Identify sales opportunities and forward to the appropriate Aramark sales professionals.
  • Manage a Top 30 customer list, and proactively complete contract extensions.
  • Manage proper inventory rotation and levels in customer accounts.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree or equal experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Must possess current and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Display interpersonal, analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Display negotiation skills and ability to interface with various levels of customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Successful completion of Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks
