The project manager will be responsible for organization and clarity of the Sports & Entertainment Back Office project. They will drive schedule and critical path items to ensure overall projects is on time and on budget. Engages with senior leadership to ensure alignment and set forth goals are accomplished. Outlines project phases, tasks and accountability owners are established to provide a clear path forward. Facilitates both project and non-project resources to drive to solutions.
This role is project based and will conclude when the project completes the implementation phase. Developing and maintaining a fluid implementation will be key with all capabilities: resource scheduling, training documentation, business process, data integration and change management.
Advanced degree preferred (Bachelor’s Degree required) with 7+ years of professional experience as a project manager who has completed implementation projects in large businesses with complex environments. Individual must possess the ability to strategically assess and define the needs of the organization to design implementation processes across the enterprise. Position requires exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with senior executives.
