J1 - Dock Hand - Lake Powell - Wahweap - Boat Rentals
Position Summary: Boat Rentals Greeters are the first line of communication for guests arrive at the lake that have rented a boat or are trying to find out information on renting a vessel. Greeters establish a welcoming atmosphere from the minute a guest arrives at the Boat Rentals Information Booth or Office. Greeters are attentive and always willing to answer questions. They inform the guests what their pick-up times are for the rental boats and where the guest should park for loading and unloading. Greeters should be highly knowledgeable about Lake Powell Resort and Marinas and the surrounding areas; acting as a useful resource for all guests. This position requires individuals with a high attention to detail, ability to sell, a strong dedication to customer service and a positive and friendly attitude
