The Accounting Clerk who is assigned to assist a regular daily sales clerk will be responsible for the total and accurate completion of the daily work of each assigned component on property. This position is a vital cog in the daily reporting of revenue that ultimately results in the final topline revenue for each component as reported on their period P/Ls. This position will have the major responsibility of either managing on a daily basis certain components such as F&B, Retail, or Boat Rentals; or the daily balancing of the I/C accounts 769.01, 769.10, 769.57.
Status and Scope:
Reports to the Property Controller. This position requires the ability to sift through the daily work sent from the various components, whether they be fuel, retail, rental, tour, or lodging; and compile an accurate and complete daily revenue report.
