The BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST will be responsible for the analysis, design, testing, implementation and support of the AUS Route Accounting System (RAS). The Business Systems Analyst will also perform analysis, design, test and implantation of solutions that complement Boundary Applications associated with RAS (may use 3rd party solutions that complements OR integrates with RAS). The incumbent will also be responsible for leading small to mid-size projects.

  • Gathering requirements, writing specifications, application configuration (BR-100’s and BR-50’s) and coordinating implementation of projects and system changes for RAS and associated Boundary Applications.
  • Test scenario / case development and execution.
  • Design, test and implement RAS application extensions, customizations strategy and data conversions.
  • Use SQL, TOAD, UDMS, and/or Datatrieve in aid of solution design, trouble shooting and data validation / reconciliation.
  • Strict adherence to the established IT change management and quality assurance procedures (change promotion / migration).
  • Manage small to mid-size project
  • Strict adherence to the established procedures pertaining to Program Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Solution design by re-engineering of process OR formulating a new process (i.e. Business Process and System Process) in collaboration with business users.
  • Researches, troubleshoots and resolves RAS and or RAS Boundary Application issues (product related) working with Aramark team members (Business users and IT).
  • Be an integral part of future implementation project teams for implementing additional Route Accounting and Boundary Applications modules/functionality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.







  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business OR Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years hands on experience as a Oracle Functional Analyst
  • A MBA or PMI certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency with SOX is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or EPM implementation and support systems.
  • Experience with OBIEE is a plus
  • Experienced with Oracle Applications (ERP – Financial, Purchasing, Supply Chain Suite). Experience with Oracle Application Financial modules is a must / required.
  • Very strong Analytical and Critical reasoning skills.
  • Very strong communication (verbal and written) and people skills.
  • Strong presentation and projection skills.
  • Experienced in troubleshooting and solution design.
  • Excellent people skills and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experienced with leading project teams and architecting application solutions.
  • Experience with leading a small to mid-size projects is a plus.
  • Experience with creation and execution of test plans and test scenario / cases is required.
  • Experience with Oracle application extensions, customizations strategy and data conversions.
  • Experience with SQL*Navigator, TOAD and/or SQL * Plus.
  • Experience with Oracle OBIEE analytics and WEB ADI will be a plus.
  • Experience with Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) will be a plus OR other application implementation methodology (i.e. Anderson or IBM)
  • Experience with IT change management (change promotion / migration).
  • Experience with managing projects is preferred (i.e. inclusive of Project Management Tools and Methodologies – PMLC / SDLC).
  • Experience with Business process engineering / re-engineering a plus.
  • Experience with leading a small to mid-size projects is a plus.
  • Proficiency with SOX is a plus.
  • Other ERP and/or EPM implementation and support experience will be a plus. Especially Hyperion Applications.
